Staff/Pastor-Parish Relations Committee

The Staff/Pastor-Parish Relations Committee has the responsibility of administering the relationship between staff, congregation and the district superintendent so that the mission of the church moves forward.  The Committee is responsible for setting salaries of staff, evaluation of staff, and conferring with the staff and matters of the church.  The SPRC also acts as a liaison between the pastor and the congregation to ensure congregational harmony.
